Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mr Sandman (ranked 871 p4p, 1896 weight class) and Aiguo Li (ranked 119 p4p, 233 weight class). Li has chosen WHEN THAT DAY COMES as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Sandman definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Li is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

No joy there for Li, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A quick step to the side and Sandman tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

It looked like Sandman wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Sandman is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

Mr Sandman is the new light heavyweight champion!
A relieved looking Mr Sandman thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
