Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mr Bean!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Ben Lauzon!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Paulo Santos and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bean moves into the clinch successfully.
Lauzon tries for a takedown. No joy.
Bean tightens his grip and picks Lauzon up, before dumping him to the ground. Lauzon manages to land in guard.
Bean postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Lauzon seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bean gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Lauzon to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Bean scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Lauzon tries for a takedown but Bean sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lauzon shoots in for a double leg but Bean sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Bean appears to be looking for a big counter.

Bean gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Lauzon regains guard.

Lauzon utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Bean content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Lauzon has locked up a guillotine! Lauzon's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Bean is holding on here and Lauzon must be using up a lot of energy. Bean has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Lauzon gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
