Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between He Who Must Not Be Named (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ranta Runtiringen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Runtiringen.
Be Named lands a jab to the head.
Be Named misses with the combination.
Runtiringen throws a head kick but Be Named moves out of range.
Runtiringen throws a head kick that misses.

Be Named looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Runtiringen!

Be Named looking to secure an arm triangle but Runtiringen defends it well.
Runtiringen wants to hold on but Be Named pushes him away.

Be Named looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Runtiringen working to try and regain half guard.
Runtiringen is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Be Named looking to control but Runtiringen is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Be Named is going olschool here, as he tries to force Runtiringen to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Runtiringen shrugs it off.

Be Named is working for a guillotine from mount but Runtiringen frees his head quite easily.

Runtiringen tries to hold on but Be Named pushes him away.
Runtiringen really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Runtiringen is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Be Named looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Runtiringen tries to lock up and control but Be Named gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Runtiringen is looking to get to half guard.
Runtiringen looks out of his depth in this position - he's holding on tight.

Be Named has control of Runtiringen's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Runtiringen regains control of the situation pretty easily.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Runtiringen is wriggling around trying to escape.
Be Named won't let Runtiringen get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Be Named wants to stand but Runtiringen is holding on to him, trying to stop him posturing up.
Runtiringen tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Be Named moves to the back.

Be Named is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Runtiringen with him. Runtiringen is trying to defend but Be Named has an arm under the chin now! Runtiringen grimaces and is forced to tap out!
