Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Lee Huang (ranked 253 p4p, 342 weight class) and Satoshi Ekaku (ranked 25 p4p, 36 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Lee Huang!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Satoshi Ekaku!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Hirohito Nitta and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ekaku looks to land a right hand but Huang moved out of range.
Huang connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Huang throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Huang tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ekaku paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A little jabbing left from Ekaku on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Ekaku slips under a jab.
Huang catches Ekaku with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Huang ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Huang throws a big shot that misses.
Huang misses with a body kick.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Ekaku! But no joy.
Ekaku slips under a jab from Huang.
It seemed like Ekaku was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Huang tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Ekaku counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Ekaku misses with a kick to the body.
Huang fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Ekaku takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Huang looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

and Ekaku counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Huang buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Huang bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Ekaku's head.

Ekaku gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ekaku flicks out a counter leg kick but Huang steps away.
Huang lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Huang lands a lovely overhand right.
Lee Huang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ekaku moves to clinch but Huang breaks away
and Huang connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Ekaku jabs Huang right on the nose. Huang blinks but takes it well.
That kick from Huang tenderised Ekaku's leg. Ekaku is trying to keep his angry face on.

Ekaku throws a leg kick that misses.
Huang wants to land a leg kick but Ekaku is out of range.
Ekaku throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Huang avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Huang connects with an inside leg kick.

Huang was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Ekaku keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ekaku throws out a counter right but Huang avoids it with no problem.
Huang throws a chopping leg kick but Ekaku manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Ekaku misses with a looping left.
Ekaku drops his hands momentarily and Huang takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Ekaku moves out of range as Huang strikes.
A head kick misses from Ekaku.
Huang throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Huang scores with a punch to the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ekaku slips a jab from Huang.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Lee Huang dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Huang throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Ekaku sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Huang moves into range and connects with a jab.
Huang jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Ekaku jabs Huang right on the nose. Huang blinks but takes it well.

and Ekaku counters with a solid body kick.

Huang bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Ekaku's head backwards.
Ekaku is rocked!
Huang knocks out Ekaku with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Huang before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Huang picks up the big W with a huge KO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Lee Huang!
Lee Huang decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
