Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Agbay Amiga (ranked 23337 p4p, 23610 weight class) and Helen Salvacion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 45 - 62 - 7, fighting out of Las Vegas, Agbay Amiga! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 47 - 60 - 10, fighting out of Las Vegas, Helen Salvacion! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Stewart Dunkirk.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Salvacion looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Salvacion looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Amiga is fending him off so far but Salvacion persists. Nope, Amiga circles away and we're back to standing.
Salvacion gets the takedown into side control. Amiga is being controlled here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Amiga wants to control but Salvacion postures up. Salvacion remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Salvacion in side control, throwing shots but Amiga defends. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. I wouldn't like to be where Amiga is right now.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Salvacion shoots for a double leg takedown but Amiga sprawls well. He's pushed Salvacion's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Salvacion fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Agbay Amiga has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Helen Salvacion.
Salvacion shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Amiga manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Amiga has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Salvacion trying to control but Amiga is working from the bottom. Amiga is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Salvacion has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Amiga is working away from the top position though. Amiga tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Amiga is controlling the pace.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Amiga decides to return to a standing position. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Helen Salvacion dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Amiga decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nice sprawl there from Amiga as Salvacion shoots in.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Amiga fails with a takedown attempt. A nice leg kick lands there from Salvacion.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Salvacion shoots in looking for a takedown but Amiga manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Salvacion's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Amiga jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit. Salvacion tries for a takedown but Amiga sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Amiga throws a quick counter kick to the body but Salvacion avoids it. Agbay Amiga has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Helen Salvacion.
Salvacion feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Amiga keeping moving, preventing Salvacion from controlling successfully.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Salvacion is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Salvacion being controlled here momentarily. Amiga has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Amiga trying to control the position.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Amiga shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Helen Salvacion has got the better of the ground game so far. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Amiga tries to stand and escape but Salvacion is controlling the position. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Agbay Amiga dominated that second round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Salvacion fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Amiga to the ground. Salvacion is now in Amiga's guard. Salvacion engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Salvacion looking to sit in guard and control but Amiga gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
 We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salvacion looking to hit a scissor sweep but Amiga is one step ahead there.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Salvacion is trying to control the position but Amiga postures up. Amiga controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Salvacion has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Amiga would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Amiga defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Salvacion.
Amiga drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Salvacion tries to bench press Amiga off him but Amiga keeps the position.
Amiga decides to take the fight back to the feet. Salvacion shoots in for a double leg but Amiga sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Nice takedown defense from Salvacion. No joy for Amiga on that attempt. And Salvacion responds with a good body kick, but Amiga manages to step out the way in time.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Salvacion goes for a double leg but Amiga avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Amiga continues to drive forward. Amiga thinks about countering with a body kick. Agbay Amiga has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Helen Salvacion.
Amiga shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Salvacion is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Amiga loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Salvacion takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Salvacion trying to keep a closed guard but Amiga is proving a slippery customer.
And that's the end of the fight! Agbay Amiga showed his dominance in that final round. Well Amiga has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
