Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Agbay Amiga (ranked 23677 p4p, 23954 weight class) and Helen Salvacion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 40 - 59 - 6, fighting out of Las Vegas, Agbay Amiga! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 44 - 56 - 8, fighting out of Las Vegas, Helen Salvacion! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Salvacion with a lazy takedown attempt and Amiga counters with a three punch combo that has Salvacion backing up. Salvacion nods at Amiga to acknowledge the strikes. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Salvacion is defended easily by Amiga. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Amiga shoots in looking for a takedown but Salvacion manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Amiga's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Salvacion tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Salvacion looks for a takedown but Amiga sprawls well. Amiga jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit. Agbay Amiga has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Helen Salvacion.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Amiga fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Salvacion avoids it really well and circles away. And Salvacion responds with a good body kick, but Amiga manages to step out the way in time. Amiga gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Salvacion counters with a solid body kick.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Salvacion shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Amiga counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Salvacion darts in looking for a takedown but Amiga gets double underhooks and turns Salvacion into the cage. Amiga looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Salvacion is fending him off so far but Amiga persists. Nope, Salvacion circles away and we're back to standing.
 That's three minutes gone in the round.
Amiga gets the takedown into side control.
Amiga stands up. Amiga shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Salvacion as he avoids it easily. Salvacion now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Salvacion gets a takedown into half guard. Salvacion throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Salvacion tries to pass the half guard into mount. Amiga knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Amiga looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Well, if Salvacion is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight� I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza� Yum. Can't wait.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Salvacion is looking to advance position but Amiga won't allow it. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Agbay Amiga will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Salvacion shoots in for a double leg but Amiga sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Amiga fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Salvacion looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
 That's one minute gone in the round. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salvacion goes for a double leg but Amiga avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Amiga continues to drive forward. It looked like Amiga was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Agbay Amiga has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Helen Salvacion. Salvacion misses with a takedown attempt and Amiga finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Amiga is defended easily by Salvacion. And Salvacion responds with a good body kick, but Amiga manages to step out the way in time.

Amiga throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Salvacion was covering up waiting for the punch and Amiga finishes the takedown easily into guard. Salvacion pulls Amiga in close to his closed guard and prevents Amiga from doing any damage or advancing position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Salvacion not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Amiga would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Salvacion controls Amiga momentarily but Amiga frees himself. Salvacion seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Salvacion being controlled here, momentarily. Amiga trying to stand up but can't free himself from Salvacion's guard.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Amiga tries for a takedown but Salvacion sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Salvacion thinks about the counter body kick. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Agbay Amiga dominated that second round. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

Salvacion feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Salvacion is stalling in the full guard. Amiga controlling Salvacion's posture. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Amiga tries to strike from the bottom.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Amiga working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Salvacion. Amiga looking to control but Salvacion passes into half guard.
Amiga is trying to control but can't.
Amiga is concentrating on defense, preventing Salvacion from advancing position.
 The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Salvacion gets caught napping as Amiga dives in and scores a takedown. Salvacion manages to retain guard.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Amiga is stalling in the full guard. Amiga is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Salvacion can do to turn this around? Salvacion throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Salvacion looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Amiga stopping the sweep attempt from Salvacion.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Salvacion controlling the position. Salvacion controls Amiga momentarily but Amiga frees himself. The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup. Salvacion pulls Amiga in to control the position.
 The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Amiga shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Salvacion is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Salvacion desperately trying to maintain half guard. Helen Salvacion has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Agbay Amiga is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
And that's the end of the fight! Agbay Amiga showed his dominance in that final round. Well Amiga has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
