Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Agbay Amiga (ranked 23682 p4p, 23960 weight class) and Helen Salvacion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 40 - 58 - 6, fighting out of Las Vegas, Agbay Amiga! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 43 - 56 - 8, fighting out of Las Vegas, Helen Salvacion! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Amiga fails with a takedown attempt. Salvacion appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick. Amiga moves out of range as Salvacion throws a body kick.
It appears Amiga was looking to counter with a kick there. Amiga closes the distance and clinches up with Salvacion, looking for a takedown. Amiga pushes Salvacion against the cage but Salvacion circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Amiga tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Salvacion swivels and escapes. Salvacion is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Amiga with a body shot. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Agbay Amiga. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Amiga gets caught napping as Salvacion dives in and scores a takedown. Amiga manages to retain guard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Amiga can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Salvacion controls the pace. Amiga looking for a sweep. Not yet Amiga, not yet. Salvacion not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Salvacion's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Salvacion is fighting to break Amiga's control of his arms but Amiga is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Salvacion sitting in guard here, content to control. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Salvacion working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Amiga stuffs the takedown attempt from Salvacion. Salvacion gets slowly back to his feet. Amiga throws a quick counter kick to the body but Salvacion avoids it.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Salvacion stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Salvacion wants it to stay on the feet. No luck for Salvacion with that takedown attempt. Amiga jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit. Amiga shoots in but Salvacion avoids the takedown attempt easily.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Salvacion tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Amiga defends well and Salvacion ends up having to push Amiga into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Amiga throws a quick counter kick to the body but Salvacion avoids it.
Salvacion gets a double leg takedown into Amiga's guard. Amiga looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Amiga tries to land a sweep but no joy. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Helen Salvacion dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
Salvacion fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. It appears Amiga was looking to counter with a kick there.
Salvacion feints and as Amiga raises his hands in defense, Salvacion changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salvacion wants to control from the top but Amiga keeps moving. Amiga working a defensive guard but Salvacion passes into half guard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Salvacion with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Salvacion prevents Amiga from improving his position.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Salvacion keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Amiga makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Amiga. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Salvacion not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Salvacion shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Amiga napping and manages to drive through into side control!
 That's three minutes gone in the round. The strikes coming from Salvacion are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Amiga wants to control but Salvacion postures up. Helen Salvacion has got the better of the ground game so far. Amiga has one of Salvacion's arms on lockdown, trying to prevent him from doing any damage. Salvacion has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Amiga struggling a bit here.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Salvacion trying to control the action but Amiga is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Salvacion controlling the position from side mount.
 The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Helen Salvacion showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Amiga changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Salvacion tries to avoid it but Amiga manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Salvacion to the ground. Salvacion escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. And Salvacion responds with a good body kick, but Amiga manages to step out the way in time.
Salvacion scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Amiga is trying to control Salvacion's posture but Salvacion avoids it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Amiga is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Salvacion is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Amiga sneaks back into half guard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Amiga misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Amiga is controlling Salvacion's trapped leg to prevent Salvacion from advancing to side control. Amiga is looking to control Salvacion's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Amiga avoid being mounted?
 The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Salvacion changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Amiga looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Amiga tries to strike but it doesn't land. You can see the frustration on Amiga's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. You can see the frustration on Amiga's face as Salvacion controls the position.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Amiga tries to bench press Salvacion off him but Salvacion keeps the position. Amiga can't do much from the bottom here.
 The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Amiga looking to score a takedown here. Salvacion is defending well but Amiga drives through and ends up in Salvacion's guard. Salvacion controlling the position. Agbay Amiga has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Helen Salvacion is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Amiga would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Salvacion is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
And that's the end of the fight! Helen Salvacion comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Salvacion has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
