The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riberio scores with a shot to the body.
Riberio will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Riberio keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Suarez.
Suarez circles away from the clinch attempt.
Riberio fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Riberio avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Suarez misses with a body shot.
Riberio looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Suarez is fending him off so far but Riberio persists. Nope, Suarez circles away and we're back to standing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Suarez let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Suarez tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Riberio was well out of range. Poor timing from Suarez.

Oh Riberio is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Suarez scores with a big shot! Riberio's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Riberio! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
