Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jun Young Hong!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Galecki pushes Hong up against the cage in a clinch.
Hong jumps guard but Galecki turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Galecki prevents a takedown attempt there.
Hong is looking for a takedown.
Maciej Galecki has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jun Young Hong.

Galecki is trying to trip Hong. He has hold of a leg but Hong is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Galecki persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Galecki postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Hong is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Galecki, into his guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Galecki looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Hong has picked Galecki up and slammed him! Galecki can't keep hold of the triangle and Hong manages to pass to side control!
Galecki sneaks back into half guard.
The fighters are battling for position here. Galecki manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Galecki escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hong gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Hong must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Galecki is pulling down on Hong's head to control his posture.

Hong got a little sloppy there for a moment and Galecki has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hong has managed to get both his arms back between Galecki's legs - danger averted.

Hong is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Galecki has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Hong is looking to defend but Galecki has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Hong! Galecki pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Hong taps out and this one is all over!
