Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ebge Wakunda!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Todd Cannon!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Viktor Lagutenko and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cannon swings for the body but Wakunda moves out of range.
Cannon gets in close and instigates a clinch.
A nice right hand lands inside from Cannon.
Wakunda looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Cannon stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Cannon works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Wakunda wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Cannon has him pressed against the cage.
Cannon lands with a light punch inside.
Cannon working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Cannon lands a hook to the side of the head.

Cannon drops Wakunda onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Wakunda is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Cannon's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Oh Wakunda is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wakunda looks up at the clock. Bad move! Cannon lands a right hand from hell, dropping Wakunda. Cannon pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Todd Cannon!
