Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chief Bloodgates (ranked 2605 p4p, 3198 weight class) and Nate Robinson (ranked 294 p4p, 352 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Chief Bloodgates!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Nate Robinson!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bloodgates lands a head shot.
Bloodgates bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Nice jab there from Bloodgates.
Robinson shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Bloodgates avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Bloodgates drops Robinson with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Robinson looks back up at him and smiles so Bloodgates waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Robinson jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Robinson digs a good hook to Bloodgates's body.
Bloodgates takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Robinson moves away from the strike by Bloodgates.
Robinson fails to land with a series of punches.
Robinson looks up at the clock. Bad move! Bloodgates lands a right hand from hell, dropping Robinson. Bloodgates pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
