Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Abdul Jcool (ranked 5913 p4p, 3774 weight class) and Bob Probert (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jcool kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Eye of the tiger. Abdul Jcool has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Probert looking for a takedown here - he's got it.

Jcool is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Probert drops down looking for an ankle pick but Jcool pulls his leg out and moves away.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Probert.
Jcool goes for a double leg but Probert avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Probert continues to drive forward.
Probert drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Abdul Jcool has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bob Probert.
Jcool is pressed up against the cage. Probert has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Jcool down to the mat. Jcool avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Probert closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Jcool's guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Probert postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Jcool is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Probert, into his guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Probert looking to hit a scissor sweep but Jcool is one step ahead there.
Jcool has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Probert looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Probert has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Jcool should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Probert has tightened it up now! Jcool should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
