Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kangaroo Jack (ranked 2137 p4p, 2395 weight class) and Ariel Pérez (ranked 188 p4p, 205 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pérez lands with a hook. Jack tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Pérez missing with a left hand there. Jack was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Jack misses with a few strikes there.
Pérez lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Jack throws a sloppy head kick and Pérez moves out of range easily.
Jack uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Pérez.
Jack missing with a left hand there. Pérez was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Jack is looking to counter punch.
Jack throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jack throws a right hand that Pérez ducks under and follows up with a left that Pérez also avoids with ease.
Pérez lands a slapping body shot.

Jack throws a shot from downtown. Pérez moves away and avoids it.
Pérez looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Jack punishes Pérez's body with a nice straight punch.

Jack lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

The fighters circle momentarily. Pérez darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Oh Jack is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Pérez throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Jack connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Jack seems to have got his legs back now.
Jack looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Pérez scores with a three punch combo!
Pérez looks to land a combination but Jack avoids it well.
Jack appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Jack misses with an uppercut. Pérez saw that one coming.
Pérez fails to land with a series of punches.
Jack swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Jack lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Jack cracks Pérez with an open hand slap.
Pérez misses with a hook. Jack ducked under it nicely.
Jack misses the shot to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jack throws a nice looking combination but Pérez bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A slow jab from Pérez misses its intended target.
Jack throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A little jabbing left from Pérez on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Pérez has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight.
Jack throws a hook but Pérez avoids it easily.
Pérez throws a hook to the side of Jack's head but Jack sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Jack closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Ariel Pérez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Pérez sends Jack crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Pérez is motioning to the referee to let Jack up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Pérez circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Jack to the canvas! Jack doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Pérez keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
