Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jujitsu John (ranked 2839 p4p, 3264 weight class) and Danjuma Saheed (ranked 327 p4p, 364 weight class). Danjuma Saheed will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jujitsu John!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Danjuma Saheed!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
John throws a sloppy head kick and Saheed moves out of range easily.
Saheed takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Saheed thuds a left hand into John's body.
Saheed scores with a hook.
John seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

John shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Saheed napping and manages to drive through into side control!

John tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no John has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

John thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Saheed gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Saheed regains full guard. Nicely done.
John wants to control from the top but Saheed keeps moving.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

John content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Saheed has locked up a guillotine! Saheed's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? John is holding on here and Saheed must be using up a lot of energy. John has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Saheed gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
