Laime is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Chambea. Daniel Patrick is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 1 - 12 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Cruz Laime!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Santiago Holmes and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Patrick.
Laime connects with a leg kick.
Laime throws a half hearted mid kick.
Patrick rushes Laime and presses him up against the cage.
Patrick tries to pull guard but Laime forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Laime blocks a body shot from Patrick.
Patrick's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Laime avoids a punch combination nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Laime misses with the combination.
Laime throws a right hand that Patrick ducks under and follows up with a left that Patrick also avoids with ease.
Laime throws a series of punches but Patrick moves out of range.

Patrick keeping moving, preventing Laime from controlling successfully.
Laime must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Cruz Laime was interviewed post fight and said 'This ain't over yet...'.
