Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Summittwo Agano!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sterling Schultz!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schultz scores with a decent looking hook.
Agano misses with a right hand
and Schultz counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Summittwo Agano has been cut.
Agano shoots for a double leg takedown but Schultz sprawls well. He's pushed Agano's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Schultz! But no joy.
Schultz works the jab nicely.
Agano digs a good hook to Schultz's body.
Agano tries for a takedown but Schultz circles away easily
letting Schultz counter with a right hand.
Agano shoots and misses
and Schultz counters with a left to the body.
Agano looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Summittwo Agano. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Agano shoots in but no luck this time.
Schultz throws out a counter right but Agano avoids it with no problem.
Agano has his takedown stuffed
and Schultz counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Agano is breathing heavily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Schultz keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Agano.
Agano on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Agano looks for a takedown but Schultz sprawls well.
Schultz looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Schultz moves out of range of the strikes.

Schultz displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Agano.
Schultz looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

and Schultz counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Agano badly! Schultz follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Agano out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Schultz finished him against the cage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Sterling Schultz!
A very excited looking Sterling Schultz made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
