Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Oliveira (ranked 1960 p4p, 2780 weight class) and Daniel Burton (ranked 151 p4p, 200 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jackson Oliveira!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Daniel Burton!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Chad Campbell and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burton cracks a nice hook into Oliveira's ribs.
Burton ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Oliveira throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Burton counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Burton defending well as Oliveira loads up on a big left hand.
Burton lands with a nice body punch.
Oliveira moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
It looks like Jackson Oliveira has been cut.
Burton ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Oliveira misses with a leg kick
and Burton counters with a left and a right that stings Oliveira.
Oliveira connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Oliveira throws a hook to the side of Burton's head but Burton sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Burton looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Oliveira fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Burton has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Oliveira takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Burton has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Oliveira has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Burton finds it's way round the side to connect with Oliveira's head.
Oliveira cracks Burton with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Burton lands a nice hook to Oliveira's body. Oliveira takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Burton scores with a one two! Oliveira had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Oh Oliveira is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Burton, as that shot connected.
Burton uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Oliveira.
Oliveira walks into a stiff left hand from Burton.
Burton will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Burton cracks Oliveira with a good jab.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Oliveira throws a looping overhand right but Burton ducks down to avoid it.

Burton is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Oliveira had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.
Burton connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Burton shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Oliveira as he jumps to the side.
Oliveira lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Burton at a distance.

Burton tries to bum rush Oliveira with a series of wild strikes but Oliveira uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Oliveira has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Oliveira looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Burton stalks Oliveira and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Oliveira's face. Oliveira staggers backwards, shaken.

and Burton counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Jackson Oliveira's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Oliveira fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Burton slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Burton jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

Oliveira is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Burton moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
