Williams is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Bad Moon Rising - Credence Clearwater Revival. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Bryan Williams!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Frost shoots in and bounces Williams off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Williams wants to sweep here but Frost controlling him for the moment.
Williams is trying to keep Frost in close.
Frost passes easily into side control. Nice work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Williams tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Frost wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Williams is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Frost is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
Frost with some aggressive grappling here, looking for the finish.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Frost tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Williams keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Frost tries to control but Williams wriggling away.

Frost prevents Williams from getting the reversal.
Frost controlling from the full mount.
Williams tries to hold on but Frost postures up.
Williams is wriggling around trying to escape.
Williams looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back!
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

Williams wants to escape the position.
Williams is still trying to improve position.
Frost trying to control momentarily.
Williams wants to escape the position.
Frost is riding his opponent, not letting Williams buck him off.
Frost is hanging on to Williams's back as he tries to escape.

I would not like to be Williams right now.

Frost biding his time, looking for the opening.

Williams is trying to break free.

Frost is trying to stick to Williams's back but Williams is turning into Frost. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Frost's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Williams.
Williams working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Frost darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Williams punching from the bottom.
Williams is looking to improve his position.
Frost definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Williams makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Williams.
Williams is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Williams wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Frost manages to pass to side control.
Williams flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Williams tries to get to full guard but Frost has control of the leg.
Williams wants to control but Frost is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Williams is refusing to be controlled, as Frost sits in half guard.
Williams is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Williams wants to control but Frost is keeping busy.
Williams misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Frost is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Williams!
Williams tries to control Frost's body but Frost pushes him off. Williams squirms to his side and now Frost has his back!

Frost has his arm under Williams's chin here. Game over son! Frost squeezes tightly and Williams is forced to tap out!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Eric Frost!
