The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Nice shot lands for Tucker.
Tucker lands a really nice looking cross but Gabriel seems unphased.
Tucker throws the left hand but Gabriel avoids the punch easily.
Gabriel is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Gabriel slips a straight right by Tucker.

Gabriel tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Gabriel ducks under a wild hook from Tucker.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Tucker counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Gabriel! He's just covering up as Tucker starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
