The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gonna Get is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Igwe's half guard.
Igwe is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at CHECMATE PRIME MMA , so we'll see if he gets out of it.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Igwe is on top in guard.

Gonna Get told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.
Igwe is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
