Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Frank Rizzo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Cody Greenhart!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Greenhart closes the distance but Rizzo moves to the side
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Rizzo lands a nice shot that snaps Greenhart's head back.
Greenhart misses with a takedown attempt
and Rizzo counters with a leg kick.
Greenhart looks to score with a jab to the body but Rizzo is just out of range.
Rizzo swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Greenhart gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Greenhart fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Rizzo was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Greenhart tries to clinch but Rizzo moves out of range.
Rizzo scores with a crisp jab that stopped Greenhart in his tracks.

and Rizzo counters with a left to the body.

Cody Greenhart seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice straight punches there by Rizzo. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Rizzo.
Rizzo looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Greenhart swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Rizzo counters with a crisp right hand that drops Greenhart! Rizzo lets Greenhart back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Greenhart is still on wobbly legs! Can Rizzo finish him?

and Rizzo counters with a big left hand that crumples Greenhart! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!
