The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Levesque rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Zahedi cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like AndrÃ© Levesque has been cut.
Zahedi has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Zahedi ducks right into an uppercut from Levesque.
Levesque throws a jab when Zahedi was well out of range.
Levesque misses with an uppercut.
Zahedi unleashes a big counter combination but Levesque bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Levesque uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Zahedi.
Zahedi slips under a jab from Levesque.
Zahedi throws a counter combo.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Zahedi avoids a punch combination nicely.
Levesque misses with an uppercut.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Zahedi! But no joy.

Levesque throws the kick towards the body but Zahedi avoids it.

Zahedi sends Levesque crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Zahedi is motioning to the referee to let Levesque up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Zahedi misses with a straight right.
A little feinted left hand from Levesque on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
The fight stays on the outside here - Zahedi looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Zahedi tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Levesque is looking to clinch.

Levesque throws a body shot but no joy.

Zahedi cracks Levesque with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Levesque looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Zahedi finish him?

Levesque is rocked!
Levesque is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Zahedi doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Levesque crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Levesque's bad books for that mishap!
