Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Theros Ironfeld (ranked 2078 p4p, 2835 weight class) and Aqissiac Jacira (ranked 235 p4p, 307 weight class). The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Patrick Alders and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ironfeld shoots in looking for a takedown. Jacira tries to sprawl out of it but Ironfeld keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jacira manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Ironfeld has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Final Mile in the buildup to the fight.
Jacira throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jacira slaps away a takedown attempt from Ironfeld, before circling back to the center of the mat.
