Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Montrese Andersson (ranked 1577 p4p, 2011 weight class) and Rico Milka (ranked 170 p4p, 207 weight class). Andersson comes to the cage accompanied by Wax -- Who Is Next. Rico Milka has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Montrese Andersson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rico Milka! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Ivan Kurochkin and Vladimir Khabensky.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big left from Milka misses. A head kick misses from Milka. Andersson moves out of range as Milka strikes. Milka throws a head kick that misses and Andersson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
 It looks like Rico Milka has been cut. Milka takes a swing at Andersson's ribcage but misses. Milka throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Andersson. Milka throws a head kick that misses and Andersson counters with a stiff right hand. Andersson misses with a leg kick. Andersson looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Milka misses with a body shot
and Andersson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Milka clinches up with Andersson and pushes him back against the cage. Milka tries a body shot but Andersson blocks it.
Andersson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Milka lands a really nice looking cross but Andersson seems unphased.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Milka tries to clinch up and Andersson counters with a nice body shot.
 That's one minute gone in the round.
Milka closes the distance and clinches. Andersson blocks an uppercut.
Milka misses with a hook from the clinch. Andersson blocks an uppercut.
Andersson ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Andersson no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Milka is looking to stand up but Andersson won't let him. Milka wants to stand and escape but instead Andersson has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
 The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Andersson trying to control but Milka is working from the bottom. Milka is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Milka keeping moving, preventing Andersson from controlling successfully. Milka wants to stand and escape but Andersson is having none of it. Andersson is looking to work some ground and pound but Milka has wrist control. Andersson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Milka swivels though and keeps the full guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Milka keeping moving, preventing Andersson from controlling successfully. Andersson looking to pass the guard.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Andersson is working Milka over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Milka is wriggling around but Andersson manages to pass to half guard.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Andersson sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Milka defending well though. Andersson tries to pass to full mount but Milka defends it.
Andersson is working for a submission of some sort.
Andersson is nestled in close to Milka, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Montrese Andersson dominated that round. The cut man is working on Rico Milka's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
Milka doesn't manage to clinch there - Andersson circles away.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Milka swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Andersson is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Milka to keep the fight standing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Milka struggles to land a body shot inside as Andersson controls his hands.

Milka tries to work over Andersson's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Milka misses with a body punch.

Milka swings wildly with an uppercut but Andersson uses good head movement to avoid it. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Milka. Milka is stalling here.
Andersson pulls guard successfully.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Milka would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Milka really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Andersson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Andersson is trying to control the position but Milka postures up. Milka wants to get up but he can't break Andersson's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Andersson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Andersson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Milka's guard.
Andersson prevents Milka from getting back to his feet. Andersson wants to pass the guard but Milka is keeping the position. Andersson wants to control from the top but Milka keeps moving. Andersson throws a big elbow that misses.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Andersson passes Milka's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Milka on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Andersson missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Montrese Andersson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Milka is refusing to be controlled, as Andersson sits in half guard. Milka pushes Andersson off looking to stand but Andersson dives back in and keeps control.
Andersson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Andersson is looking to take a break and control but Milka is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Milka wants to get back to his feet.

 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Milka wants to clinch but Andersson slips to the side and Andersson counters with a stiff right hand. Milka tries to close the distance and clinch but Andersson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Jab, jab by Milka - just one landing. Milka tries a head kick but it misses.
Andersson appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Milka is looking to land body kicks. It looked like Andersson was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Andersson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Andersson looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. Milka tries to clinch but Andersson is having none of it. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Rico Milka will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Rico Milka's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Milka looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Milka is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Milka can do anything to dispel that myth.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Milka wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Andersson manages to pass to side control. Andersson works his way into full mount! Milka wants to get back to his feet.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Andersson unloads with some shots from mount but Milka bucks and avoids them well.
Milka is trying to stand up. Milka is squirming around, avoiding Andersson's attempts to control the action. Milka is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Andersson looking to ground and pound but Milka is blocking nicely.
