Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sepi Koli (ranked 2170 p4p, 3513 weight class) and Leon Maximilian (ranked 251 p4p, 384 weight class). Leon Maximilian looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Sepi Koli!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Leon Maximilian!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Sergei Dronov and Igor Prikhodko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maximilian misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Koli with a jab.
Koli fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Maximilian.
Koli lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Maximilian shoots in for a takedown but Koli shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Koli dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Koli paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Sepi Koli seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Nice combo by Koli! Oh, that's hurt him - Maximilian falls to the canvas and Koli follows him into side control.

Maximilian is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Koli wants to stand but Maximilian has his arm trapped.
Maximilian is still in real trouble! Can Koli finish him?
Koli trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Maximilian seems to have recovered his senses.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Maximilian is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Maximilian is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Koli has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Koli throws a good cross that connects.
Koli feints and then cracks Maximilian's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Maximilian down.
Koli throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Maximilian stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Maximilian looks winded!
Koli punishes Maximilian's body with a nice straight punch.
Koli looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A lazy left from Koli finds it's target.
Koli connects with a leg kick.
Maximilian takes one on the button.
Maximilian loses concentration momentarily and Koli pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Maximilian crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Koli finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
