Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marcel Thibodeaux (ranked 2211 p4p, 2885 weight class) and The Maan (ranked 0 p4p, 169 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maan throws a poor cross that misses
enabling Thibodeaux to counter with a crisp jab.

It looks like The Maan has been cut.
Maan loads up on a big right hand but Thibodeaux slips the punch.

Maan throws out a loose jab but Thibodeaux uses good head movement to avoid it.
Thibodeaux takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Thibodeaux unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Maan! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Thibodeaux is unloading with more strikes now! Maan drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!

A relieved looking Marcel Thibodeaux thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
