Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jaylen Stout!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Maciej Galecki!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Bart Greer and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stout wants to clinch up but Galecki keeps it at a distance.
Galecki steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Stout.

Stout gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Galecki misses with a hook from the clinch.
Stalling in the clinch from Galecki.
Stout jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Galecki walks away with a smile on his face. Stout gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Stout clinches up with Galecki and pushes him back against the cage.

Galecki jumps guard and drags Stout to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Galecki holds on and takes a little breather.
Galecki keeping full guard, as Stout tries to pass.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Galecki looking for a sweep. Not yet Galecki, not yet.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Stout tries to close the distance and clinch but Galecki swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Stout avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Stout fails in his attempt to clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Stout wants to clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Stout looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Galecki is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Stout tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Galecki manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Galecki tries to counter with a clinch but Stout shakes him off and moves away.
Stout tries to clinch but fails miserably

and Galecki counters with a single leg into guard. Stout didn't expect that.

Galecki content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Stout has locked up a guillotine! Stout's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Galecki is holding on here and Stout must be using up a lot of energy. Galecki has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Stout gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Jaylen Stout!
