The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rudberg connects with a right hand. Rhodes shakes it off.

It looks like Luiz Rhodes has been cut.
Rudberg feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Rhodess jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Rudberg throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Rhodes tumbling to the canvas!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Rudberg is fighting to break Rhodes's control of his arms but Rhodes is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Rhodes is looking for a triangle but Rudberg pushes his legs off easily.
Rhodes seems to have got his legs back now.

Rhodes is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Rudberg defends well.

Rhodes is looking to cinch up a triangle. Rudberg throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Rhodes's body to avoid the submission. Rhodes has instead reached around Rudberg's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Rhodes arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
