Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Drayk DeMarco (ranked 5401 p4p, 5544 weight class) and Harry Swotter (ranked 499 p4p, 509 weight class). Drayk DeMarco has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Drayk DeMarco!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Harry Swotter!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Eddie Farnsworth and Chad Campbell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DeMarco swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Swotter tries to counter by closing the distance.
Swotter swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
DeMarco misses with a low kick.
Swotter keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Swotter misses with a series of wild punches.
Swotter throws a right and a left that both miss.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Swotter throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
DeMarco looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
DeMarco misses with a kick to the body.
DeMarco scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Swotter doesn't seem bothered though.

That's one minute gone in the round.
DeMarco throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Swotter sees it coming and avoids it easily.
DeMarco misses with a low kick.
Swotter wants to counter with a clinch but DeMarco pushes him away.
DeMarco tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Swotter is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
DeMarco gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Swotter takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
DeMarco sets himself, and Swotter steps forward looking for the clinch! DeMarco avoids it this time.
Nice defenses there by Swotter.
Swotter wants to counter with a clinch but DeMarco pushes him away.
Swotter misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
DeMarco throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Swotter will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
DeMarco throws a low kick, looking for Swotter's leg but Swotter calmly moves out of range.
Drayk DeMarco seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Swotter fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Swotter scores with a one two! DeMarco had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
A solid leg kick lands there for DeMarco.
Swotter swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Swotter scores with a decent looking hook.
Swotter keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from DeMarco.
DeMarco lands a nice shot to the body.
DeMarco feints and then cracks Swotter's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Swotter down.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Harry Swotter will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

DeMarco tries to bum rush Swotter with a series of wild strikes but Swotter uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
DeMarco scores with a decent looking hook.
Swotter tries to clinch but DeMarco moves out of range.
DeMarco throws a jab when Swotter was well out of range.
Swotter tries to counter by closing the distance.
Swotter connects with a looping right hand.
Swotter tries to bum rush DeMarco with a series of wild strikes but DeMarco uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
DeMarco misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
DeMarco tries to work over Swotter's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Swotter throws a head punch that misses.
Swotter tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Swotter looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Swotter goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Swotter lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt DeMarco or not.
DeMarco blocks a punch to the side of the head.
DeMarco digs a right hand into Swotter's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Swotter's gas tank.
Swotter misses with a short punch on the inside.
Swotter fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Swotter keeps the fight in the clinch, despite DeMarco's efforts to push away.
DeMarco tries to break the clinch but Swotter is controlling the position.
DeMarco misses with a body punch.
DeMarco pushes Swotter back against the ropes and unloads with a body punch.
Swotter has DeMarco pressed against the ropes, preventing DeMarco from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
DeMarco tries a body shot but Swotter blocks it.
A nice left hand lands by Swotter.
DeMarco misses with a body punch.

DeMarco escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
DeMarco throws a head kick that misses.
Swotter swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Swotter steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from DeMarco.
DeMarco scores with a jab to the body.
Swotter misses with a wild combination.
DeMarco tried to counter with a leg kick but Swotter avoided it.
Swotter steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from DeMarco. That one must have hurt.
Swotter moves out of range of the body kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Swotter throws a nice looking combination but DeMarco bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Swotter steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from DeMarco.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Drayk DeMarco dominated that second round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

DeMarco throws a front kick aimed at Swotter's knee but Swotter avoids it well.
DeMarco falls off balance throwing a combination

and Swotter counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Swotter.
Swotter misses with a hook to the ribs.
DeMarco blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Swotter swings wildly with an uppercut but DeMarco uses good head movement to avoid it.
DeMarco blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

DeMarco escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Swotter walks straight into a solid jab from DeMarco. Oh, it looks like it's stumbled him! DeMarco follows up with a big combo - a right followed by a left that knocks Swotter out cold! Swotter toppled like a tree, face planting on the canvas. Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:43 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Drayk DeMarco!
An out of breath Drayk DeMarco thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
