Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ronnie Benson (ranked 4192 p4p, 4855 weight class) and Be Bop (ranked 228 p4p, 276 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice straight punches there by Benson. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Benson.
Benson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Bop.
Bop should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Benson moves into range and connects with a jab.
Bop lands a right hook to the body.
Benson tries to clinch there but Bop circles away.
Bop lands a nice shot that snaps Benson's head back.
Bop throws a body shot but no joy.
Bop moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Benson with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Benson moves out of range of the strikes.
Bop swings for the body but Benson moves out of range.
Benson is looking to counter punch.
Benson throws a big shot that misses.
A jab from Benson does it's job there.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Benson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bop swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Bop ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Benson lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Nice body punch from Bop.
Benson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Jab by Benson.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Benson looks to land a right hand but Bop moved out of range.
Bop let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Bop scores with a hook to the body. Benson takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Bop comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Benson is breathing heavily.
Bop ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Bop is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Benson rather than just go for the knockout.
Benson throws a hook to the side of Bop's head but Bop sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A countering left hand to the body from Bop misses.
Bop dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Bop tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Benson was well out of range. Poor timing from Bop.
Benson thows a left - swing and a miss!
Bop cracks Benson with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

It looks like Ronnie Benson has been cut.
Bop punishes Benson's body with a nice straight punch.
Nice shot lands for Bop.

Bop drives through with a takedown into guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bop wants to control from the top but Benson keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bop slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bop working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.

Benson keeping moving, preventing Bop from controlling successfully.
Bop really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Benson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Bop content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Benson has locked up a guillotine! Benson's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Bop is holding on here and Benson must be using up a lot of energy. Bop has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Benson gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
