Ruyjini rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Karjalainen counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Ki Ruyjini has been cut.
Ruyjini lands with a nice body punch.
Karjalainen missing with a left hand there. Ruyjini was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Karjalainen fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Ruyjini on the side of the head.
Ruyjini throws a nice outside leg kick.
Ruyjini connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

It looks like Karl Karjalainen has been cut.
Karjalainen feints a jab and as Ruyjini dips his head, Karjalainen unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Ruyjini right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Ruyjini falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Karjalainen smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.

After the fight, Karl Karjalainen was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
