Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Stan Man (ranked 1288 p4p, 2067 weight class) and Caleb Jones (ranked 95 p4p, 159 weight class). Caleb Jones will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 11 - 2, fighting out of London, Stan Man!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 2, fighting out of Helsinki, Caleb Jones!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Daniel Blasius and Patrick Alders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones thows a left - swing and a miss!
Man shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Jones connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Man gets tackled into the cage by Jones. Jones maintains the clinch.
Man is trying to pull guard but Jones has him pressed against the cage.
Man is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Jones is defending well.

Jones with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Man got a little sloppy there for a moment and Jones has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Man has managed to get both his arms back between Jones's legs - danger averted.

Jones isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Man stacks Jones on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Man!

Man is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Jones sees it coming and defends easily.

That was a close round but Stan Man did the better work so I'd imagine he'll take it.

That was a close fourth round but I would say that Stan Man will probably get the nod.

and Jones counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Jones.

Jones jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Man walks away with a smile on his face. Jones gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Jones throws a hook but Man avoids it easily.
Jones leaves Man with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
