With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Darnell Stuckey!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stuckey misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Nicholas connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

A looping hook to the body misses from Stuckey. Nicholas does a little dance to reset his feet.
It looked like Nicholas was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Nicholas takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Nicholas went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Stuckey tries to bum rush Nicholas with a series of wild strikes but Nicholas uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Stuckey throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Stuckey is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Nicholas rather than just go for the knockout.

Stuckey lands a big right hand that sends Nicholas crashing to the mat! Stuckey stays standing though and waves Nicholas back to his feet!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Stuckey plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Nicholas to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Nicholas just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
