The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bizihwaeile shoots in looking for a takedown but Adams manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bizihwaeile's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Adams stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Adams wants it to stay on the feet.
Adams looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Bizihwaeile shoots in and drives through. Adams sprawls well.

Adams is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Bizihwaeile takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Adams is controlling an arm, preventing Bizihwaeile from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.

Adams has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.
Bizihwaeile has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Adams's body.
