Jcool's entrance music is Eye of the tiger. A fine choice. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jcool manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Bryzgalov on his heels. He'll look to pass Bryzgalov's guard now, I'm sure.
Bryzgalov looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Jcool slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jcool cracks Bryzgalov with a solid left hand.

Bryzgalov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jcool. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Jcool drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Jcool seems to have locked his on tight now - Bryzgalov screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Jcool, as he picks up the win!

Abdul Jcool was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
