The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dinu swings for the body but Wiggim moves out of range.
Wiggim keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
The fighters circling - Dinu throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Dinu throws a shot from downtown. Wiggim moves away and avoids it.
Wiggim tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Dinu keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
It looked like Dinu wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Wiggim with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Dinu to score with a decent uppercut.

Dinu scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Dinu throws an overhand right that lands on Wiggim's shoulder, as Wiggim tries to avoid the shot.
Dinu is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Wiggim's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.

Wiggim is working for a kimura but Dinu is defending it quite comfortably.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Dinu cracks Wiggim with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Wiggim has hold of Dinu's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Dinu tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Wiggim cranks the arm and Dinu screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Dinu, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
