Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Randall Jackson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Adisa Kenyatta!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Dmitry Maklakov and Vladimir Khabensky.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kenyatta looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Jackson!

Kenyatta is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Jackson knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Kenyatta connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Jackson some visible discomfort.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kenyatta is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Jackson knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Jackson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Jackson tries to get out of the position.

Kenyatta tries for a kimura but Jackson is defending well.

Kenyatta thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Kenyatta swings around for an armbar but Jackson sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Kenyatta's guard.

Kenyatta looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Kenyatta had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Jackson defends it easily.
Kenyatta is controlling Jackson's posture.
Kenyatta looking for a sweep. Not yet Kenyatta, not yet.
Kenyatta is still trying to improve position.

Jackson wants to stand and escape but instead Kenyatta has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Jackson looking to control but Kenyatta passes into half guard.
Kenyatta is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Kenyatta wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jackson keeps working.
Kenyatta not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Kenyatta is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Jackson doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Kenyatta.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Kenyatta throwing shots but Jackson is blocking nicely.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Kenyatta fails in his attempt to clinch.
Jackson delivers a nice body kick.
Nice takedown defense from Jackson. No joy for Kenyatta on that attempt.
It looked like Jackson wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Jackson smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Kenyatta takes one to the side of the head.
Kenyatta closes the distance but Jackson moves to the side
and Jackson counters with a body kick.
Kenyatta gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Jackson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like Adisa Kenyatta has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kenyatta doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Jackson counters with a good low kick that Kenyatta was not able to check.
Randall Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adisa Kenyatta.
Jackson drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Kenyatta right on the button. Kenyatta goes down! Jackson follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Jackson gets the win via TKO!
