The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonna Get fails to land the takedown.
Gonna Get has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Rabid Dog in the buildup to the fight.
Bennett misses with an uppercut. Gonna Get saw that one coming.
Bennett stuffs the takedown attempt from Gonna Get. Gonna Get gets slowly back to his feet.

Bennett throws a head kick but Gonna Get moves out of range.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gonna Get has Bennett pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Bennett manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Gonna Get has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Bennett avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Covid Gonna Get seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bennett circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Gonna Get to the canvas! Gonna Get doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Bennett keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
