Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Last Nightmare (ranked 1361 p4p, 2375 weight class) and Sergeant Dick (ranked 56 p4p, 130 weight class). Sergeant Dick will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Nightmare. Those never looked like landing.
Nightmare staying out of range there.
Nice defenses there by Nightmare.
Nightmare is looking to counter punch.

Dick takes the fight into the clinch.
Nightmare tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

Dick gets control of Nightmare's arms and successfully pulls guard. Dick will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Dick working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Nightmare doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Nightmare manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Sergeant Dick seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A slow jab from Nightmare misses its intended target.

enabling Nightmare to counter with a crisp jab.
Dick throws a lazy right hand but Nightmare sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Dick lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Nightmare tries to clinch up.

Dick sends Nightmare crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Dick is motioning to the referee to let Nightmare up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

It looks like Last Nightmare has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Nightmare tries to keep at a distance but Dick has taken the fight into the clinch.

Dick tries to pull guard but Nightmare holds him up against the ropes and eventually Dick drops back down to his feet.

Dick misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Nightmare gets through Dick's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Dick trying to control the position but instead, Nightmare has worked for underhooks and has pushed Dick into the ropes.
Dick is trying to pull guard but Nightmare turns him against the ropes and we stay in the clinch.

Dick ties up his opponent against the ropes and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Dick no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Dick gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Nightmare lands a head shot.
Dick throws a hook to the side of Nightmare's head but Nightmare sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Dick cracks Nightmare with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Nightmare looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Dick finish him?

Nightmare is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dick finds Nightmare's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Nightmare flops back against the ropes, eyes gazing into the distance. Dick lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Nightmare will be OK.
