Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Reni Manfield (ranked 2563 p4p, 22861 weight class) and Pawel Nastula (ranked 94 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 10 - 2, fighting out of Hilo, Reni Manfield!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 68 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Pawel Nastula!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Ryoma Takatsuka and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nastula walks into a left hand.
Manfield fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
A chopping leg kick lands by Manfield.
Nastula misses with a double jab
and Nastula takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Manfield closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Nastula quickly recovers to half guard.
Manfield lands strikes from half guard.
Manfield scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Manfield is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nastula tries to roll over but Manfield keeps him under control.
Manfield is keen to just control but Nastula is a slippery customer.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Manfield has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Nastula is pressing down on Manfield's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Manfield trying to control the position from guard on top but Nastula is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Manfield with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Nastula wants to sweep but no luck.
Nastula throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

Nastula can't keep his opponent in guard - Manfield advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Manfield working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Nastula can do anything to dispel that myth.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Manfield takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Nastula is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Manfield lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Nastula is still in real trouble! Can Manfield finish him?

Nastula tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Manfield postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Nastula out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Manfield goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
