Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Anabolic Asteroid (ranked 305 p4p, 345 weight class) and Mustang Jack (ranked 43 p4p, 48 weight class). Asteroid's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, For Heavy Metal we will die!. On his way into the cage it seems that Anabolic Asteroid has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Anabolic Asteroid seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 11 - 2, fighting out of London, Mustang Jack!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Glass and Andrew Berry.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asteroid walks into a stiff left hand from Jack.
Jack scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Jack moves forwards but Asteroid connects with a nice, crisp jab.

It looks like Mustang Jack has been cut.
Jack rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Asteroid with a jab.
Jack swings for the body but Asteroid moves out of range.
And Asteroid counters with a quick kick to the body but Jack blocks it.
Jack throws a body shot but no joy.
Jack moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Jack lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Asteroid backs up against the cage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jack uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Asteroid has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Jack finds it's way round the side to connect with Asteroid's head.

We've been informed that Jack has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Jack missing with a left hand there. Asteroid was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Jack throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Asteroid sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Asteroid takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
A nice leg kick from Jack, right into the meat of the thigh.
Jack is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Asteroid had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.

Jack swats away the attempt to clinch by Asteroid.
The fighters circling - Jack throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Jack fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Asteroid has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Asteroid tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Jack manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

A quick step to the side and Asteroid tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

As Jack looks to move away, Asteroid throws a big counter combo but Jack just gets out of the way.

and Asteroid counters with an inside leg kick.
Asteroid moves out of range of the body kick from Jack.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Jack.
Jack bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Asteroid's head.
Jack scores with a jab. Asteroid acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Jack lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Asteroid has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Asteroid and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Jack closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Asteroid is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Jack is keeping busy.

Our sources have told us that Asteroid has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight.

Asteroid closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Jack out cold! Jack corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
