The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Washington moves away from the strike by Stylez.
Washington stuns Stylez with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Washington's corner calls for a 1-2. Washington obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Stylez throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Washington appears to be looking for a big counter.
Washington lands a head shot.
Washington rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Stylez moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Stylez misses with an uppercut
and Stylez takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Washington throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Nice defenses there by Washington.
Stylez darts in trying to clinch
and Washington counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Stylez throws out a loose jab but Washington uses good head movement to avoid it.
Stylez swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Washington feints and then cracks Stylez's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Stylez down.

and Washington counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Stylez has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Washington finds it's way round the side to connect with Stylez's head.
Stylez misses the jab.
Stylez walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Washington drops Stylez with a huge uppercut! Stylez drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Washington is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

Raymond Washington spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
