Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Hogg (ranked 1302 p4p, 2046 weight class) and Vasil Dankovich (ranked 152 p4p, 238 weight class). Hogg comes to the cage accompanied by Styx - Renegade. Vasil Dankovich has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice combo by Dankovich! Oh, that's hurt him - Hogg falls to the canvas and Dankovich follows him into side control.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Hogg connects with a nice short shot to Dankovich's temple.

Hogg is nestled in close to Dankovich, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Dankovich stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dankovich wants it to stay on the feet.
Dankovich is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Hogg with a body shot.

An out of breath Vasil Dankovich thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
