Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kugus Amiga (ranked 23731 p4p, 23735 weight class) and Clifford Val Salvacion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Amiga has a takedown stuffed.
Salvacion counters with a body kick.

Amiga is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Salvacion's half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Amiga has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Salvacion is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes.

Amiga seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Salvacion for as long as he can get away with.

Well Salvacion has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
