Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Artemis Entreri!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mustafa McBeth!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Patrick Alders and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Entreri fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
It looks like Mustafa McBeth has been cut.
Entreri throws a poor cross that misses
enabling McBeth to counter with a crisp jab.
Entreri throws a predictable looking body shot
letting McBeth counter with a right hand.
Entreri throws a shot from downtown. McBeth moves away and avoids it.
McBeth swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Entreri throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Despite the aggression on McBeth's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
McBeth keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Entreri misses with a hook.
McBeth lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
McBeth slips under a jab from Entreri.
McBeth looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Entreri works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Entreri tests McBeth's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Entreri misses with a body shot
and McBeth counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McBeth misses with a series of wild punches.
Entreri scores with a hook to the body. McBeth takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Entreri swings and misses with a hook to the body.
McBeth takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
McBeth takes a jab right on the kisser.
Entreri drops McBeth with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but McBeth looks back up at him and smiles so Entreri waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
McBeth is rocked!
Entreri lands an uppercut out of nowhere! McBeth falls backwards - clearly groggy! Entreri dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Artemis Entreri!
Artemis Entreri spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
