Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Danny Stewart (ranked 2161 p4p, 3089 weight class) and Sir Beocca (ranked 256 p4p, 351 weight class). Stewart kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Tupac - Hit 'Em Up. Beocca has chosen Alok & Mojjo - Love Love feat. Gilsons as his entrance music. Sir Beocca struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 186.0lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Dillan Fox and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stewart throws a right hand that misses
letting Beocca counter with a right hand.
A big right from Beocca misses.
Stewart swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Stewart misses with a series of wild punches.
Danny Stewart seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Stewart fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Beocca manages to avoid it.

Stewart throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Beocca sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Stewart ducks right into an uppercut from Beocca .

and Beocca counters with a left and a right that stings Stewart.
No joy there for Beocca , who threw a few shots but didn't land.

A looping hook to the body misses from Stewart. Beocca does a little dance to reset his feet.

and Stewart counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Beocca moves out of range of the strikes.
A chopping leg kick lands by Beocca .
Stewart pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Stewart moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Stewart lunges at Beocca with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Beocca 's hand.
Beocca has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Stewart finds it's way round the side to connect with Beocca 's head.
Beocca moves into range and clinches up with Stewart.

Stewart digs a right hand underneath Beocca 's ribcage. Beocca let out a lung full of air as it connected.
I was talking to Stewart's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Stewart tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

Stewart throws a head punch that misses.
Beocca with a knee to the head.
Danny Stewart's cut is getting worse.
Stewart misses with a short punch on the inside.
Beocca throws an elbow but it misses.
Stewart gets through Beocca 's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Beocca tries to land a knee to the head but Stewart blocks with his arms.

That has opened up Sir Beocca 's cut even more.
Beocca blocking some punches.
Beocca tries to land knees in the clinch but Stewart avoids the damage to the body.

Stewart makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Beocca is still on wobbly legs! Can Stewart finish him?
Beocca blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Beocca throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Stewart has a couple of punches blocked by Beocca .
Beocca blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Stewart lands with a left to the head.
Stewart breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Beocca misses with a wild body shot.
Stewart throws an uppercut from hell that sends Beocca clean off his feet! He's out cold! Stewart stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
