Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alex Deigos (ranked 2655 p4p, 22475 weight class) and Covid Gonna Get (ranked 354 p4p, 596 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alex Deigos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Covid Gonna Get!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Sam Margolis and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonna Get closes this distance looking for a takedown but Deigos circles away.
Deigos was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Gonna Get shoots in but Deigos avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Gonna Get throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Deigos's waist but Deigos gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gonna Get off to one side.
Alex Deigos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Covid Gonna Get.
Gonna Get shoots in and bounces Deigos off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Gonna Get wants to pass the guard but Deigos is keeping the position.
Gonna Get trying to control but Deigos is working from the bottom.
Gonna Get stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Deigos swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Deigos is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Gonna Get gets back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gonna Get wants to sweep but no luck.
Gonna Get controls Deigos momentarily but Deigos frees himself.
Deigos wants to stand but Gonna Get is controlling his posture from full guard.
Deigos controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Deigos wants to stand but Gonna Get has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Deigos stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gonna Get swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Deigos avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Gonna Get looking to control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gonna Get managing to control the position.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Gonna Get looking for a sweep. Not yet Gonna Get, not yet.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
A punch combination from Deigos misses.
Gonna Get misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Gonna Get doesn't succeed with the takedown
letting Deigos counter with a right hand.
It looks like Covid Gonna Get has been cut.
Gonna Get manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Deigos on his heels. He'll look to pass Deigos's guard now, I'm sure.
Deigos kicks Gonna Get off and gets to his feet.
Alex Deigos is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Gonna Get misses with a takedown
and Gonna Get takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Gonna Get is rocked!
Deigos chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Gonna Get is still on wobbly legs! Can Deigos finish him?
Gonna Get circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Deigos. Gonna Get falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Deigos!
