Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Barbosa (ranked 582 p4p, 1776 weight class) and Leandro Narloch (ranked 24 p4p, 66 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Lucas Barbosa has been cut.
Barbosa does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Narloch appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Barbosa shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Narloch defends it nicely.

Barbosa pushes Narloch up against the cage in a clinch.
Narloch lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Barbosa is looking to break free of the clinch but Narloch has double underhooks.
Barbosa is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Narloch to keep the fight standing.
I was talking to Barbosa's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Barbosa jumps guard but Narloch stands there with Barbosa around his waist. Barbosa gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
