Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Varban Botev (ranked 2317 p4p, 2500 weight class) and Simon Slytherin (ranked 278 p4p, 295 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Botev rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
enabling Slytherin to counter with a crisp jab.
Slytherin lands a right hook to the body.
Slytherin shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Botev eats them both and turns towards Slytherin to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Slytherin cracks Botev with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Botev shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
We've been hearing reports that Botev has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Slytherin lands a big head kick that sends Botev tumbling to the mat! Slytherin takes a step backwards and waves Botev back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Slytherin lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
