Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dick Dennison (ranked 292 p4p, 305 weight class) and Baldur Torsten (ranked 41 p4p, 44 weight class). Torsten is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Temple of Odin. Dick Dennison had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 206.7lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Baldur Torsten enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Chris Dean and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Torsten moves out of range of the strikes.
Dennison doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Torsten cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Torsten walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
A swing and a miss from Dennison.

We've been informed that Torsten has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Dennison takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Dennison has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Rubber Guard Emporium in the buildup to the fight.
Dennison comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Dick Dennison seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dennison connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Torsten's hands.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Dennison.
Torsten throws out a loose jab but Dennison uses good head movement to avoid it.
Torsten cracks a nice hook into Dennison's ribs.

Dennison fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Torsten sprawls well initially but Dennison persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Torsten manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Dennison keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
A right hook to the body lands for Torsten.

Torsten tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Dennison's elbow.

Torsten defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Dennison.

Torsten drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Dennison right on the button. Dennison goes down! Torsten follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Torsten gets the win via TKO!
